Job Brief
We are looking for a Travel Manager who will manage and our travel office contact center. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle all air ticketing requirements through our contact center
  • Manage Air ticket issuance, re-issues and refunds
  • Manage multiple customer accounts
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate fares and guidelines.
  • Cordinate with the Airline and other vendors
  • Attend travel seminars/training to remain updated with air ticketing rules and regulations
  • Maintain statistical and financial records

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a travel management specialist (Minimum 2 Years)
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems (Amadeus)
  • Excellent knowledge of ticketing rules and regulations
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Face paced skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
