Job Brief
We are looking for a Travel Manager who will manage and our travel office contact center. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all air ticketing requirements through our contact center
- Manage Air ticket issuance, re-issues and refunds
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate fares and guidelines.
- Cordinate with the Airline and other vendors
- Attend travel seminars/training to remain updated with air ticketing rules and regulations
- Maintain statistical and financial records
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a travel management specialist (Minimum 2 Years)
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems (Amadeus)
- Excellent knowledge of ticketing rules and regulations
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Face paced skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
