Performance Health is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Planner to join our team.

<li>In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining all planning settings in the ERP.</li>
<li>Participates in S&OP calls relevant supply planning settings.</li>
<li>Maintains supplier accuracy metrics and makes recommendations for change and areas of improvement.</li>
<li>Responsible for identifying and mitigating excess inventory and persistent stockouts due to planning settings.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Generate supply plans, in alignment to demand plan.</li>
<li>Make purchase and planning decisions based on target inventory levels, order fill rates and deviations to forecast.</li>
<li>Balance complex set of variables to ensure consistent quality supply of components.</li>
<li>Report metrics to key stakeholders and top management; assess impact and root cause of supply gaps, identify opportunities and implement plans for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Maintains master data accuracy and assures they are continually optimized.</li>
<li>Expected to be initiator and key contributor to planning process improvements and standard work.</li>
<li>Actively review and manage Lead Times.</li>
<li>Integral member of cross functional/cross supply chain projects</li>
<li>Monitors inventory levels and identifies excess and slow moving inventory and take appropriate action to assure inventory objectives are achieved</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<strong>Job Qualifications</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field</li>
<li>6-8 years purchasing and planning experience in related industry</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)</li>
<li>Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>Previous experience interfacing with suppliers a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of and/or experience in a Distribution/Logistics environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the practices and procedures of inventory control and procurement systems</li>
<li>Experience developing partnership relationships with global suppliers</li>
<li>Ability to recognize, define, investigate and determine a creative solution to problems</li>
<li>Previous experience managing projects and/or a project team International import buying and importing experience a plus</li>

This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $75,000 – $90,000 plus benefits.
