Job Flexibility 
•    Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs.

Overview 
As a Senior Supply Continuity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization has a consistent and reliable supply of goods and services. You will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers are complying with contracts and regulatory requirements. You will analyze supply chain risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that key performance indicators are met. The role requires an individual with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Additionally, this position requires advanced knowledge of supply chain management and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities 
•Analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
•Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement plans for managing supply chain risks.
•Facilitate the supplier capacity assurance process, including providing capacity guidance to suppliers, analyzing and proposing potential solutions for capacity constraints, and facilitating allocation discussions if required.
•Ensure vendors are abiding by established contractual obligations and stocking programs to support Supply Chain and Purchasing.
•Monitor and analyze supplier performance against key performance indicators, and work with suppliers to address any issues.
•Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management, contract management, and risk management.
•Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to develop junior team members.
•Assist in educating, training, and deploying supplier continuity best practices among the supply continuity team.

 

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications 
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, purchasing, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, contract management, or a related field.
•Exemplary leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
•Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, integrated business planning (IBP), and supplier relationship management.
•Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and practices, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
•Experience with ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint as well as BI tools.
•Certification in supply chain management, contract management, or a related field is preferred
•Willingness to travel up to 25%.
