<strong>Role Summary</strong>

The Regional Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all elements of the regional Supply Chain. To develop and execute inventory, procurement, regional logistics strategy and lead the regional supply chain within Borr Drilling, to ensure sustained profitability and a safe operational environment, complying with the highest standards of corporate governance.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<strong>Regulatory and Corporate Compliance:</strong>

Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with the Company Safety Management System
Develop and execute specific procedures in line with any local legislative requirements and are compliant with Company Supply Chain Procedures, ensuring implementation and compliance.
Set standards, monitor and evaluate all purchasing activity to ensure standards are met and continually improved; to direct the planning, developing and buying of materials, parts, supplies, services and equipment and logistics in a cost-effective manner in-line with the best corporate governance standards
<strong>Operations:</strong>

Ensure the Procurement &amp; Inventory management system is being used efficiently to monitor, highlight and control inventory levels on rigs and within region.
Regional input for researching, identifying and execution of best practices for incorporation into the Company’s ERP systems.
Ensure inventory review and audit is conducted of all warehouses &amp; yards ensuring compliance with Borr’s policies and procedures
Conduct procurement and logistics activities with the highest degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity and in compliance with international laws and company policy and procedures.
Ensure regional supplier contracts and agreements are in line with company standards.
Ensure supplier performance is monitored, evaluated, and acted upon in line with company standards.
Ensure sufficient suppliers are identified and evaluated as to provide required purchasing activities support, meeting set goals and objectives in line with policy and procedures.
Liaise with local logistics partners to ensure that standards and procedures are always maintained
Support demand planning with short/medium and long term requirement outlook.
Support development and implementation of strategies for the acquisition of long lead time items, as and when they are advised.
Management of regional facilitates and respective team’s on decisions regarding the appropriate suppliers to be used for key operational spares.
Monitor regional supply chain performance by means of set KPIs to promote continuous improvement and report as appropriate.
Perform budget planning and accounting review for assigned Supply Chain area of responsibility, typical yard &amp; warehousing and related logistic activities.
Monitor and approve company expenditure and seek cost savings for assigned areas of responsibility within the set company financial approval levels.
Effectively communicate with business units inventory and expense variances versus targets.
Provide support to operations, technical and maintenance personnel, and finance business units to ensure best practices, knowledge dissemination and alignment with objectives.
<strong>Emergency Response:</strong>

Participate as a member of emergency on call response team as per assigned duty’s.
<strong>Personnel &amp; Training:</strong>

Demonstrates strong leadership and managerial competencies, including integrity, accountability, communication skills and commitment to teamwork and excellence in responsibilities such as selecting, mentoring, coaching, supervising, motivating, and training subordinates.

<strong>Regional SCM:</strong>

Manage, supervise, and instruct direct assigned regional Supply Chain personnel (Buyers, Logistic Coordinators, Warehouse and Storekeepers etc.).

Perform new hire evaluation, performance appraisal etc. activities for assigned regional Supply Chain personnel in line with HR policy and procedures.

Maintain fluid and ongoing internal communication links across the department and report to Regional Director and Corporate Supply Chain Manager as required with findings from:

Maintain progressive and good external communication links with various vendors, facilities, suppliers, support services.

Contribute to Vendor / Supplier performance reviews and submissions.
Manage regional sales of assets / parts / equipment’s and financial closure.
Manage regional tubular movements and availability for use within operations.
Help manage company Global Freight Services and contracts.

<strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong>
Supply Chain, Technical or Professional Qualification at higher education desired.
Supply chain experience within the offshore drilling industry is highly preferable.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work with internal onshore teams and offshore personnel.
Expertise in all operational aspects of Supply Chain activities onshore &amp; offshore (preferred).
Middle/Senior management experience.
Expertise in Supply Chain operational system requirements and functionality
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to international offshore industry operations.
Preferred experience in execution of and developing purchasing, logistics, procurement strategy.
