<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>New opportunity based in Billerica MA for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Bruker BioSpin Team.</li>
<li>Receive and process Bruker BioSpin daily customer and service engineer returns activities and resources throughout North America and South America regions</li>
<li>Load and unload product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas</li>
<li>Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas throughout campus locations</li>
<li>Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to product type or supplier type goods</li>
<li>Pick, pack and ship customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station</li>
<li>Process returned service items and customer returns shipping back to European repair centers</li>
<li>Prepare returns to supplier made equipment for repair or credit owed</li>
<li>Create commercial invoice, packing List, SLI, C/O, and related items to allow shipment</li>
<li>Review and monitor customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met</li>
<li>Serve as Sales and Service team resource for production planning and volume studies</li>
<li>Participate in process/ rating improvement efforts</li>
<li>Assist with developing organization plans and procedures</li>
<li>Participate in daily maintenance and safety of the logistics and warehouse work area</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company practices, processes, procedures and policies, as well as legal regulations and local requirements</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 4-6 years work experience in a Warehousing, Distribution environment of instruments and consumables</li>
<li>High School Degree or GED or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Prior work experience processing shipments in FedEx Ship Manager and DHL</li>
<li>Knowledge of HTS, US Customs Regulations, EAR, ITAR, and Incoterms 2010</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) SAP, Logistics and Import/Export Compliance tools</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact with all parties in a courteous and responsive manner</li>
<li>Prior safety training with proven ability to follow safety standards, practices, and codes.</li>
<li>Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity</li>
<li>Proven ability to provide timely support with efficient customer-oriented service delivery</li>
<li>English language fluency required; knowledge of additional languages helpful</li>
<li>Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., transport equipment and tools in excess of 300 lbs.</li>
<li>This position requires lifting heavy objects and maneuvering large bulky items (examples: tools, mechanical pumps, rigging equipment, power supplies, field mapper).</li>
<li>This position requires reasonable dexterity to perform manual functions in confined spaces.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required</li>
<li>May be required to pass security clearance investigation.</li>
