What you will do:
You will be based out of our <strong>New Iberia, LA Service Center   </strong>
2 weeks per shift <strong>7 on/ 7 off</strong> starting on Wednesdays before rotating to the next -<strong> (Hours: 12AM – 12 PM; 12 PM – 12 AM; 8 AM – 8PM)   </strong>
Order vehicles to deliver and collect hires as they are required
Respond to emergencies and afterhours service calls
Create cost-efficient and optimized transport plans
Schedule weekly inventory cycle counts
Support all other schedulers, including workforce, fuel, and rehire
Organize transport for all inter-company equipment movements; make efficient use of consolidated and back loads to improve vehicle utilization
Ensure the necessary customs and cross border documentation is obtained
Process purchase orders, invoicing, and cost reallocation for all intercompany movements
Collaborating with customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job
Produce relevant performance monitoring data regarding On Time in Full and transport recoveries
Active use of Aggreko procedures and policies
Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices

<strong>We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: </strong>
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
Experienced supply chain professional
Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Strong analytical skill with a great attention to detail and execution
Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs
