AAPSCM® Certification Examination Policy

1. Overview

The AAPSCM® certification examinations are designed to assess candidate competence in core areas of procurement, supply chain, tourism, and related disciplines. This document outlines the standardized policies and procedures governing the administration of certification exams, issuance of results, and delivery of certificates.

Step 1: Registration Confirmation

Candidates must complete the enrollment and payment process through the AAPSCM® portal or authorized affiliate.

Step 2: Credential Issuance

AAPSCM® will issue a secure testing link along with a unique username and password for the candidate to access the online testing portal

Step 3: Exam Access Instructions

Candidates must log in to the exam platform using the provided credentials. The exam will be accessible only during the scheduled period.

Step 4: Test Completion

Candidates must complete all 100 questions within the allotted 2-hour period. A timer will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Result Notification

Results are displayed immediately upon completion. Candidates scoring 700 or higher will be marked as "Pass."
